The Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR) has proposed an indefinite extension of the payment of benefits to unemployed citizens with children. The publication notes that the proposed idea has actually been implemented since April. Unemployed Russians with children can receive an additional three thousand rubles for each child in excess of the amount of the benefit.
