A city in Japan is building a giant canvas to block view of Mount Fuji.

The goal of the building is to get tourists away from one of the busiest places in the area because of disturbing behaviors like throwing garbage on the ground, crossing roads carelessly, ignoring traffic lights and entering private property to take the famous Fuji Lawson Mountain picture.
