Alarming rise in E-cigarette use among European teenagers, warns WHO

A WHO Europe report into adolescent health and well-being paints an alarming picture for substance use in Europe. The survey of schools found that 32% of 15-year-olds surveyed had used an e-cigarette and 20% had used these products in the last 30 days. E-cigarette use now surpasses cigarette smoking.
