Armed robbery and kidnap suspect apprehended in Santa Monica

According to the Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD), on Friday, May 3, at 8:30am, dispatch received a 911 call from the victim of an armed robbery that occurred in the Los Angeles Police Department’s (LAPD) 77th Division, which incorporates Central and Downtown Los Angeles and West Hollywood.
