Arrest made in 8 Slate Belt home, business burglaries, authorities say

A 31-year-old Pen Argyl man is charged in a burglary spree that netted 20 firearms, jewelry and electronics from eight borough homes and businesses, authorities announced Tuesday.Shane Richard Lake, of the first block of West Main Street, faces eight counts felony burglary; 28 counts felony theft; 24 counts felony receiving stolen property; 16 counts felony person not to possess firearms; and one count summary criminal trespass.
