Attleboro residents air complaints about flooding in Saturday session with city officials

ATTLEBORO — The city needs to do more to connect with owners whose property is destroyed by floods as well as prevent flooding residents told the city council, the mayor, city planner and superintendent of public works on Saturday morning.
