Collinsville softball sweeps doubleheader

by Mark Jurgena COLLINSVILLE — The Collinsville softball team won both of their games last week as they swept a doubleheader from East St. Louis on May 2 at the Collinsville Sports Complex. In the opener, Collinsville beat the Flyerettes 17-2 in four innings. CHS had big innings in all three of their turns at bat with an eight-run second inning being the biggest.
