Arrest Summary March 1-31 Bernard Tenorio, 56, enticement of a child. According to an affidavit of probable cause, Tenorio allegedly was parked in front of some neighborhood mailboxes when a child was checking the mail. The child told police that Tenorio was already watching her when she noticed him.
