Heartbreak, anger on social media over horses once owned by former Tasmanian attorney-general

Three emaciated thoroughbred horses were found on a property in southern Tasmania. The horses had been owned by the former Tasmanian attorney-general Vanessa Goodwin, who died from brain cancer in 2018. The thoroughbreds were among five that previously belonged to Ms Goodwin's mother Edyth who died in 2016. Brightside Farm Sanctuary rescued the horses on March 14.
