A Hindu senator in Pakistan has raised concerns over the grave human rights crisis in the country’s Sindh province. Danesh Kumar Palyani revealed that Hindu girls in the province are being forcibly converted to Islam. Speaking during the ongoing 337th session of the Pakistan Senate, Palyani cited Pakistan’s constitution and the holy Quran to say that no one should be forced to convert.
