Heavy fire in northern capital, burning building under construction, 20 people evacuated

A fire broke out at a building under construction in northern capital on Monday, the Bucharest-Ilfov Emergency Situations Inspectorate reported.There are no people surprised by the fire; 20 people have been evacuated from the neighbouring block.
