The Constitutional Court in Brno opens the way to gender chaos. By the decision of the Plenary (12 : 3), the strict practice of surgery for a change of gender ends in European relations. A “single” medical donation will be sufficient. Therefore, it will depend on a predominant opinion of the medical condition.
