Just outside of Guyana, Porto Alegre is in danger of flooding again.

The Greater South River Defense (RS) issued a flood warning on Saturday night putting part of the city of Porto Alegre on flood alert due to the historic floodplain of Lake Guaíba, which rose more than five meters yesterday, the highest level ever recorded.
