To the editor: Why is Danielle Leonard the best candidate for the Select Board in Swampscott? This is a decision about change. So much is and will be happening in Swampscott for the next decade.  There’s an old saying: “A good start makes for a good end.” This is the time to start fresh. In a recent letter to The Daily Item on April 19, three past Select Board members said “…we believe we are making great progress in Swampscott, and that Katie (…
