Nixon Library hosts young new citizens taking their oath

Nearly 100 kids ages 10 to 18 followed in their parents footsteps by becoming new United States citizens on Wednesday, March 27. The citizenship ceremony at the Nixon Presidential Library & Museum brought together the children, and a few adults, from 37 countries to take the oath of allegiance. Children are able to derive citizenship from a parent who has become a U.S. citizen.
