Plans revealed to renovate Powys site thought to be Wales' first parliament

The historic community centre is thought to be the site of Wales’ first-ever parliament in the 1400s. The bid was put together by architects George + Tomos Penseiri, who were appointed to in 2023 to carried out a feasibility study.
