The member of the Supreme Electoral Court (TSE), Gustavo Ávila, reported that in 10 days the Intercultural Service for Democratic Strengthening (SIFDE) will submit its report on the Congress that carried out the Unity Pact in El Alto and that body will analyze whether or not it recognizes the meeting and its determinations, including the election of the new leadership of the Movement for Socialism (MAS).
