Recusal application denied | Bainimarama and Qiliho to be sentenced next week

An application for recusal in the case of former Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama and suspended police commissioner Sitiveni Qiliho was denied. Acting Chief Justice Salesi Temo denied this application when they appeared before him with defense counsel Devanesh Sharma. Instead, Justice Temo set the sentencing date to next Thursday.
