Failures by staff at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill resulted in the 2022 beating death of an inmate, his estate claims.The allegations are contained in a suit filed Thursday in U.S. Middle District Court by the estate of Joel Vanderpool against five named and numerous other staff members identified only by titles.
