The visions of the architect and the city of Tartu differ from those of the construction of the Toomemäe square

In the future, two new buildings may be built near the heart of Tartu, Pirogov Park and Püssirohukeldri, one of which is completely new and the other is a more modern version of the existing building. If the company wishes to build guest houses in the planned buildings, among other things, then according to the city’s general plan, it is not possible to create accommodation for tourists.
