What went down at the North End meeting over outdoor dining ban — and the mayor’s response

Summary by Ground News
North End restauranteurs rallied again on Thursday afternoon, overflowing into the rainy streets from the steps of a church basement to discuss their lawsuit against the city of Boston. The owners feel they're being singled out amongst all other Boston neighborhoods with the constraints, while the mayor has maintained her concerns stem from the neighborhood's congested layout and density. Despite repeated invitations from the 21 Italian restaurant owners to join their conversations, Mayor Michelle Wu was not in attendance at the March 28 meeting.
