Court documents show Jonathan James Martin is accused of stealing a gun, 19 cans of capsicum spray, soft body armour, four police-issued batons and almost 500 rounds of live pistol and simulation ammunition. The weapons and ammunition are alleged to have been in Senior Constable Martin's possession at his Saumarez Ponds home in northern NSW.
