Michael Hartzburg was found guilty of Vicarious Sexual Gratification, Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, and Voyeurism. Jasper, Indiana · JasperAn Anderson, Indiana woman is facing drug and other charges following her arrest Thursday by Jasper Police. During a routine traffic stop at Bohnert Park, police determined 46-year-old Rachel Blake was driving on a suspended license. The department’s K-9 “Gator” alerted officers to the presence of illegal drugs in the vehicle. Methamphetamine and paraphernalia were found. Blake is being held without bond in the Dubois County Security Center.See the Story
